What are AI-powered simulations?
They are role-play scenarios whereby a learner converses with a generative AI-powered avatar or chatbot that has been carefully prompted to assume a role in the situation.
AI Characters can either guide the conversation or be guided by the learner, and they can come to life via text or via avatars with physical bodies, accents, and emotional expressions in immersive digital environments.

Every set of simulations starts with the definition of clear learning goals and a story arc. For immersive experiences, we also craft the environment and AI Character's physical appearance and voice.
Collaboration
With the latest technologies, a set of simulations can be completed in a matter of days! We work with your subject matter experts to determine the details so that the scnearios reflect the specific needs of your learners.
Platforms
We leverage partner platforms like Playlab.ai to write, test, and deliver the content. Alternatively, we can build using LLM providers if you choose to work with an existing vendor in your technology suite.

Originally launched as a project at the Harvard Graduate School of Education's Next Level Lab, NEP is a movement to empower workers with the negotiation and self-advocacy skills to navigate complex situations in their personal, professional, and community-facing lives.
Quandary
Quandary is an award-winning online game designed to engage users in ethical decision-making. To deepen learning, we built post-game reflection chatbots that prompt users to think through their decisions in the game and the applications to their real lives.

The award-winning MBA LEAP (Leadership and Employability Advancement Programme) worked with us to develop an immersive interview simulation which would give students an opportunity to practice with the framework and then receive automated feedback.
